Pat’s career started back in Chicago at the age of 17. Her involvement in insurance includes working for carriers as well as agencies. At Banker’s Insurance in Chicago, she was part of a team called BICPS (Bankers Interactive Claims Processing System) which developed the first ever online claims processing system. She worked side by side with Consumers System (an IT Consultant Firm) to develop this industry changing program. Once completed, tested and released, she wrote the training materials as well as trained the various departments enhanced by this system. Today, all carriers have online claims processing systems as a result of this successful program.
In 2002 Pat joined the Strachota family focusing on Group Health, Covered CA, and Seniors within the community. Pat is appointed with all major carriers to meet their insurance needs.
Pat plays an active role as a member of the Lake Elsinore Rotary Club as well as serving on the Community Advisory Committee for Temecula Valley Hospital. She enjoys writing Medicare Articles for the Vintage Scene Magazine and the Changes of Time.
Along with her husband, they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
